Photogist: 5 Simple Work Out Exercises To Help You Lose That Belly Fat

Belly fat is one thing that is a cause for concern especially amongst women. While some people work very hard to get the fat burned out, others find exercises too tedious and very difficult. Here are some simple exercises that can help you lose that belly fat:




This first exercise is a bit common but it will help tone down your lower abs rapidly. To achieve this, lie on the floor on your back with your arms by your side. 
You should raise the pelvis at all times contracting the abdominal muscles. 
Stay in this position for a few minutes, bouncing up and down without supporting the buttocks on the floor. Do this as much as possible. See the picture below:

This exercise is known as the bicycle exercise.
Do this by Laying on a mat on your back, then keep your arms at your side. 
Lift your legs, then bend your knees and start doing the same motion as if you were pedaling a bicycle. 
Perform the exercise with tensed stomach muscles and then you can do abdominal crunches while doing the bike with your legs, as shown in the picture

Bending from Side to side
Stand erect with your feet together and keep your hands to the sides.
Keeping your legs firm on the floor, bend your body to the right as much as possible till you feel a strain on your left waist. Place your your right hand on the right hip as you do so, and the left hand raised upwards. Stay in the position for 15 seconds.
Return to the original position.
Now bend to the left, and retain the position for another 15 seconds.
Slowly, you may increase the holding time to 30 seconds.





This is called the stomach vacuum.
Do this by sitting on the chair with your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
Keep both hands beside you with your palms by the side of your hips, facing downward.
Inhale deeply.
As you exhale, bring both your legs upwards such that your knees are close to your chest. Hold for five seconds. Don’t bend forward and arch your back.
Bring down your legs slowly and repeat. See picture below:
