Photogist: More Nigerians Return From Libya Voluntarily

Just a few weeks ago, about 161 Nigerians were voluntarily deported from Libya, another set of Nigerians have surrendered themselves for deportation and they arrived Nigeria about 4.18p.m on Tuesday, 21st of February, 2017.

According to air commodore, Salisu Mohammed, director of search and rescue, the returnees comprised of 49 males, 109 females, 7 children and 6 infants making a total of 171.

The returnees who lamented about the ill treatment they got in Libya were received by the officials of  the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), the National Agency for the Protection of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the Police. Also on ground to receive them were officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
